Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
  1. The prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over viewing the website at www.colinaclub.es and completing and submitting an entry form online.  Employees and agents of The Colina Club (Harley Residencia Consulting) and their families are NOT eligible to take part.
  2. This is a free prize draw.  No purchase necessary.
  3. Prize winners will be picked at random by an independent person on 31/03/2010.
  4. The prize is one weeks free holiday accommodation at The Colina Club, Calpe.  The accommodation is suitable for 2 people over 55 sharing, and includes use of the Club facilities, such as the swimming pool and bowling green.
  5. The prize does NOT include any medical or nursing or care services. Neither does it include board.
  6. The date of the one weeks free accommodation is subject to availability.
  7. Transport to and from the Colina Club is not included.
  8. Travel insurance is not included.
  9. Check with your local authorities regarding passport and visa requirements.
  10. By entering this prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the conditions.
  11. Promoters reserve the right to disqualify incomplete entries or those with false details.
  12. The promoters’ decision shall be final.  Neither correspondence nor discussion concerning any decision shall be entered into.
  13. The right is reserved to publish the winners’ names, home towns, and photographs in future promotions.
  14. The closing date for entries is 30th March 2010; all entries must be received by this date.
  15. The winner will be notified by post within 21 working days of the prize draw closing date.
  16. The prize may not be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternative will be offered, except where the entrant is aged under 55 and has confirmed the details of a suitable transferee on the entry form.
  17. Only one entry per household is permitted.
  18. After 21/04/2010 details of the winner can be obtained by sending an SAE to ‘The Colina Club, Urbanisation Colina del Sol, 03710 Calpe, Alicante, Spain'.
  19. By submitting the competition entry form you are agreeing that the Colina Club may keep a record of your details and, from time to time send you information on offers and events at the Colina Club. Please note the Colina Club will never pass on your details to any third party.
